Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,467 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, CDKN3, and MASTL. Each is linked with TEX15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX15-to-partner and partner-to-TEX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by TEX15-low versus TEX15-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
