Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,488 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Protein-DNA complex organization, and Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with TEX15 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX15-to-partner and partner-to-TEX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA-templated transcription initiation grouped by TEX15-low versus TEX15-high in BONE.
