Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 354 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZP4, POC1A, and OR4X2. Each is linked with TEX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX15-to-partner and partner-to-TEX15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZP4 grouped by TEX15-low versus TEX15-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
