Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX13B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,016 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX13B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Regulation of chromosome organization, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with TEX13B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX13B-to-partner and partner-to-TEX13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule-based process grouped by TEX13B-low versus TEX13B-high in STAD.
