Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX13B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SORCS1, CAMSAP2, and ELK4. Each is linked with TEX13B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX13B-to-partner and partner-to-TEX13B results are reported.
