Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEX12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TEX12 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TEX12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEX12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SKCM are the cancer types where TEX12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
