Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,222 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR18, WDR5, and SMC2. Each is linked with TEX10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX10-to-partner and partner-to-TEX10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEX10 versus WDR18 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
