Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, DPP3P1, and DRD2. Each is linked with TEX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX10-to-partner and partner-to-TEX10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by TEX10-low versus TEX10-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
