Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEX10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eEF2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with TEX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX10-to-partner and partner-to-TEX10 results are reported.
