Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,027 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEX10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Positive regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with TEX10 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX10-to-partner and partner-to-TEX10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination grouped by TEX10-low versus TEX10-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
