TEX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 323 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF133, OR2AG1, and SULT2A1. Each is linked with TEX10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEX10-to-partner and partner-to-TEX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF133 grouped by TEX10-low versus TEX10-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
