TET3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TET3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 553 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TET3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR63, OR1L8, and C17orf98. Each is linked with TET3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TET3-to-partner and partner-to-TET3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TET3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TET3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
