The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TESMIN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TESMIN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where TESMIN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
