TESMIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESMIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,322 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESMIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, TBL3, and ZMYM4_S122. Each is linked with TESMIN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESMIN-to-partner and partner-to-TESMIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESMIN versus MSH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESMIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESMIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
