Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,226 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TESK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEMD1, GABRP, and H2AJ. Each is linked with TESK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESK2-to-partner and partner-to-TESK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESK2 versus LEMD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
