TESC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,071 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TESC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSPAN8, NOSTRIN, and MAOB. Each is linked with TESC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESC-to-partner and partner-to-TESC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TESC versus TSPAN8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
