Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TESC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 411 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TESC-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, AP1B1P2, and DBIP2. Each is linked with TESC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESC-to-partner and partner-to-TESC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by TESC-low versus TESC-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TESC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TESC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
