The most reproducible TESC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hydrogen peroxide-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Negative regulation of hydrogen peroxide-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Modification of postsynaptic structure. Each is linked with TESC in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TESC-to-partner and partner-to-TESC results are reported.
