TES

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TES RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,526 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TES-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAV, GNG12, and STK38L. Each is linked with TES in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TES-to-partner and partner-to-TES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TES versus ITGAV in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TES→partner) and Y-score (partner→TES) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
