Across TCGA patient cohorts, TES RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,774 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TES-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MET, FLNA_S1084, and PLOD2. Each is linked with TES in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TES-to-partner and partner-to-TES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TES versus MET in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
