Across TCGA patient cohorts, TES protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,182 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TES-associated genes across cancer lineages are MET, CAV1, and FAM3C. Each is linked with TES in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TES-to-partner and partner-to-TES results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TES versus MET in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
