Across TCGA cell cohorts, TES mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TES-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, PRDM2, and PDS5A. Each is linked with TES in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TES-to-partner and partner-to-TES results are reported.
