Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,525 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, SSRP1, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with TERT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERT-to-partner and partner-to-TERT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERT versus PRIM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
