TERF2IP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF2IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,028 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF2IP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IST1, DHX38, and DYNLL2. Each is linked with TERF2IP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2IP-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERF2IP versus IST1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF2IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF2IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
