Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF2IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,831 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERF2IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFATC3, TERF2, and PRMT7. Each is linked with TERF2IP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2IP-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERF2IP versus NFATC3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF2IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF2IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
