TERF2IP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERF2IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,070 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF2IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABARAPL2, VPS4A, and MBTPS1. Each is linked with TERF2IP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2IP-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TERF2IP versus GABARAPL2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERF2IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERF2IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
