Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERF2IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,900 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TERF2IP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with TERF2IP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF2IP-to-partner and partner-to-TERF2IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by TERF2IP-low versus TERF2IP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
