Across TCGA patient cohorts, TERF1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,958 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERF1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, and Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with TERF1P5 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERF1P5-to-partner and partner-to-TERF1P5 results are reported.
