Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TERF1P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TERF1P5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TERF1P5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TERF1P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THCA show a favorable association.
ACC, READ, and KICH are the cancer types where TERF1P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
