TERB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, OR1L1, and C6orf118. Each is linked with TERB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERB1-to-partner and partner-to-TERB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by TERB1-low versus TERB1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
