Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TERB1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TERB1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher TERB1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TERB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

DLBC, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where TERB1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
