TERB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TERB1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,184 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TERB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX2, SPEM2, and SLIT1. Each is linked with TERB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TERB1-to-partner and partner-to-TERB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX2 grouped by TERB1-low versus TERB1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TERB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TERB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
