Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEPSIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,604 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEPSIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFKBIA, UPP1, and ZC3H12C. Each is linked with TEPSIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEPSIN-to-partner and partner-to-TEPSIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEPSIN versus NFKBIA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEPSIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEPSIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
