Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,006 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, SNX6, and IQGAP1. Each is linked with TEP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TEP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEP1 versus RPL5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
