Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,804 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC150, CDC25A, and NDC1. Each is linked with TEP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TEP1 results are reported.
