TEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Rad50, and NDRG1_pT346. Each is linked with TEP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by TEP1-low versus TEP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
