Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,313 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with TEP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TEP1 results are reported.
