Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 945 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEM1A, MRGPRD, and SPATA5L1. Each is linked with TEP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TEP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEM1A grouped by TEP1-low versus TEP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
