TENT5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, EGFR_pY1068, and ACC1. Each is linked with TENT5D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5D-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by TENT5D-low versus TENT5D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
