Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TENT5C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TENT5C data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TENT5C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TENT5C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
COAD, SARC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TENT5C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
