TENT5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, SEC11C, and IL16. Each is linked with TENT5C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5C-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT5C versus MZB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
