Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,400 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAX1, LY9, and NUGGC. Each is linked with TENT5C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5C-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT5C versus LAX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
