Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT5C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Cyclin-B1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TENT5C in more than 2 cancer types.
