TENT5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,077 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT5C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Protein targeting to ER, and SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with TENT5C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5C-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress grouped by TENT5C-low versus TENT5C-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
