Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP299, PRR23D1, and PTH. Each is linked with TENT5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT5C-to-partner and partner-to-TENT5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFAP299 grouped by TENT5C-low versus TENT5C-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
