Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TENT5B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TENT5B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TENT5B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TENT5B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TENT5B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
