TENT4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,613 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA2, HEATR3, and WWP2. Each is linked with TENT4B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4B-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT4B versus DNAJA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
