TENT4B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FASN, and GAPDH. Each is linked with TENT4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4B-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by TENT4B-low versus TENT4B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
