Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,548 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TENT4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, Regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TENT4B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4B-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening grouped by TENT4B-low versus TENT4B-high in OVARY.
