TENT4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with TENT4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by TENT4A-low versus TENT4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
